The Mind Body and Soul Experience Manchester - Giveaway

The Mind Body and Soul Experience comes to Manchester on 10th and 11th May at Manchester Central.

After years of bringing the show to London the exhibition comes to Manchester for the first time, there is a huge variety of workshops and stage experiences, all of which are free of charge. Some highlights include From Stress to Vitality Now with Kris North and How to Become a Money Magnet with Marie-Claire Carlyle. In addition, visitors to the Mind Body Soul Experience can attend the OM Yoga Show, being held in a neighbouring hall, completely free of charge.


The fun-packed weekend event is a great way to experience new and exciting things, and the perfect pick-
me-up. On offer is an eclectic collection of complementary health, spiritual awareness, and personal development that you simply won’t find on the high street. 



With over 100 exhibitors, the show will allow visitors to use all five senses to see, feel, hear, smell and taste the rich diversity on offer: from fairies to food blenders, runes to raw chocolate, there is a new experience awaiting around every corner. 

“The MBS show offers an experience like no other with the aim of helping visitors to develop a positive mind, healthy body and enlightened soul,” says MBS organiser Julie Saunders. “Visitors will be taking away new ideas and ancient wisdom and leave with a spring in their step.” From Latin rhythm, to sultry sitar, the multi-cultural assortment of entertainment on stage will also be an experience in itself. There will be plenty of space to unwind, relax, refresh and renew, with visitors welcome to stay to the very end to soak up the atmosphere, and with plenty of hot and cold healthy food options available, there’s no reason to leave early.
